Hi,

gnutls28 recently added new build-dependencies for netstat:

+ net-tools [!kfreebsd-i386 !kfreebsd-amd64],
+ freebsd-net-tools [kfreebsd-i386 kfreebsd-amd64]

Since this is only needed to run the testsuite, please could you
mark it with build profile <!nocheck> as in the attached patch?
(As is already done for datefudge).

If we're not running the test suite, we shouldn't need this
build-dependency.  And when cross-building the package, a foreign
netstat binary probably won't work anyway.

I noticed this on kfreebsd-amd64 when trying to cross-build gnutls28 for
linux-armhf, using Helmut's rebootstrap script;  we can't currently
satisfy the build-dependency on net-tools.

I've tested that I can cross-build gnutls28 again after this change.
