The first one is the annoying but harmless “compilation of
/usr/bin/guild failed”.

The second one is the build failure that stems from the fact that it’s
trying to load ‘guile-gnutls-v-2.so’, which is bound to fail when
cross-compiling.

The patches at <https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/merge_requests/1120>
should address these two issues.  (You should be able to apply them
directly in the Debian package, if needed.)
