Hi all,
Go developers are pretty bad at formalising releases, and there are lots of things hosted and "released" directly from git:
$ aptitude search '~Vgit golang' --disable-columns -F "%p %V"
golang-context-dev 0.0~git20140522.1.1f3e8a4-2
golang-coreos-log-dev 0.0~git20140508-2
golang-dns-dev 0.0~git20130912-1
[..]
golang-websocket-dev 0.0~git20140119-1
golang-websocket-dev:i386 0.0~git20140119-1
golang-xmpp-dev 0.0~git20140304-1
Do we have any guidelines on when it's appropriate to cut a release, and what we should put in debian/watch?
