I can not determine the scope of his copyright (which file?).
License suggests that both licenses are applied in which case one have to 
obey the most restrictive terms -- BSD-3-clause hence I merely documented the 
effective license as one can not remove third clause of the BSD license from 
modified files...

Please advise.
