Thorsten, there is an easy explanation for this: apparently Péter's BSD-2
licensed code was modified and released with additional restriction as BSD-3
(or the other way around, Péter's additions are BSD-2 without additional
clause). In any case the whole thing is BSD-3 licensed and both copyright
holders are mentioned in the "debian/copyright" so I'm not sure what else do
you expect?
