 Packages using Xerial for snappy encoding use a framing format
 incompatible with basically everything else in existence. This package
 wraps Go's built-in snappy package to support it.


This is a requirement for new usptream releases of
golang-github-shopify-sarama (>= 1.10.x), which is a requirement for
packaging telegraf (its latest versions).

Tested and working packaging attached. Just needs filling in the ITP
bug number in the changelog, changing the Maintainer, and possibly
adding the Vcs fields.
