Hi!

The latest telegraf upstream releases depend on a newer upstream
release of this package. And at the same time the new releases of
Shopify/sarama require golang-github-eapache-go-xerial-snappy-dev,
for which there's now an RFP with packaging attached.

Trivial patch tested and attached for the new upstream release.
