[pkg-go] gccgo bug reports

Hi Aaron!

Can we agree on some usertag for any bug reports in which a Go package
builds fine on golang-go but not gccgo-go?

The reason I am asking is because these gccgo-specific issues should be
forwarded upstream. Ian Lance Taylor from gccgo upstream told me he
wants people to report any Go packages which don't build with gccgo
but golang-go and he would work on those.

The plan is that gccgo-go builds all packages that golang-go builds.
