[pkg-go] Creating RFS bugs and maybe consider posting to the new ML

I have never done that previously.
Posting an RFS mail to the mailing list has always been the way for me.
But I can create a separate RFS bug if the need arises.
The number of packages that me and Jongmin did are all dependencies of
micro.
and some are dependencies of micro as well as browsh which Paride is
packaging.
Should we create a single RFS bug listing all?
or separate RFS bugs would be required for all of them?

I subscribed the new mailing list, all communications to the new mailing
list from now on.
