As indicated, yes, this file is generated, mostly with 'cme update dpkg-copyright', and
I'm still learning the ropes how to use it properly. I think I'm getting better at it,
but comments (like these) are always appreciated! I've incorporated all of your comments
which lead to a significantly shorter debian/copyright file.
