I recently tried to upgrade podman in unstable and was surprised to see
that apt wanted to bring iptables. While iptables is probably needed
under certain configurations, it certainly is not an absolute
requirement TTOBMK.

Notably, podman does not require iptables in rootless mode (w/
slirp4netns), which is one of its most useful features, e.g. for
personal testing.

Is there any reason to not soften that requirement to a Recommends?
