FTR, I don't think it's worth fixing this package. A better
alternative is available golang-github-nxadm-tail.

Found a total of 3 reverse build-depend(s) for
golang-github-influxdata-tail-dev.

golang-ginkgo already uses nxadm-tail, but we have a local patch to
use influxdata-tail. I'll drop that patch and switch to nxadm-tail.
nomad is not in testing.
libpod doesn't use influxdata-tail at all, this is a needless
build-depends. I'll update it to drop influxdata-tail.
