Well, for the record, my only struggle here was really the old pipeline
which did not work.

The first time I saw a debian/*-only repo I was certainly surprised,
but given that Debian source packages only add debian/* files, I think
it makes sense to keep only the debian/* files in the repo.

So, while I am not ready myself to adopt such philosophy, I'm more
than happy to contribute to such repos when required. What I did
here was just to convert the NMU from Adrian into a proper team upload
with separate commits (the reason I dislike NMUs is precisely that
this added granularity is lost), and for that I used a combination
of git and quilt, and had not special trouble.

It seems that Salsa CI is compatible with such repos, and I believe
such compatibility is worthy to be kept. Naturally, if Otto does
not want to support it, I would expect users of such repos to
do their part in keeping the compatibility.
