   Description : Prometheus exporter for systemd units

 prometheus-systemd-exporter exposes metrics about systemd units and the
 system manager state via systemd's D-Bus API. It reports unit activity
 states, sub-states, load states, and timestamps, enabling integration of
 systemd health and lifecycle information into Prometheus monitoring and
 alerting.

 It supports filtering to reduce noise, and can export metrics for all units
 or a configured subset. Typically run alongside node-exporter and other
 exporters, it provides a more complete view of system health and service
 availability.

 Monitoring whether systemd-managed services are active, inactive, or
 failed.

 Tracking restarts and failures of important services.

 Alerting on unexpected unit states in production environments.
