[pkg-go] Bug#1124780: please drop dependency on qemu-user-static

debos package currently depends on qemu-user-static package.
However, qemu-user-static does not exist anymore.  The functionality
is now provided by qemu-user or qemu-user-binfmt (the latter only
provides automatic binfmt_misc formats regiatrations for the former,
the formats themselves are already provided by qemu-user and can be
used independently of qemu-user-binfmt).

Does debos needs qemu-user at all?

It might only want qemu-system-x86, or it might want just a single
qemu-user format (x86_64 or aarch64 maybe?) instead of all of them.

But I know nothing about debos so can't tell.

Please decide which functionality is needed - qemu-user or qemu-user-binfmt -
and update the dependencies accordingly.

For now qemu-user-static is provided by qemu-user-binfmt, but it will
be changed in some future release of qemu.
