The file /usr/share/doc/postgresql-8.4-postgis/README.Debian.gz refers
to a file /usr/share/postgresql-8.4-postgis/lwpostgis.sql, which has
been renamed to /usr/share/postgresql/8.4/contrib/postgis.sql 
(similary for spatial_ref_sys.sql).
