Changes since the last upload:

  * Add alternative dependency on minimum required JRE.
  * Update Vcs-* fields to use pkg-grass instead of pkg-osm,
    and cgit instead of gitweb.
  * Disable FTBFS causing translation in d/rules instead of removing it
    in d/clean.
