Just forwarded the info to upstream: https://github.com/pytroll/pyresample/issues/43.
The problem seems to be related to warnings not raised in some cases.
Can we provide more info about the warnings configuration status for that test on that platforms?
Probably we could also consider to disable the offending tests on some specific platform.
