The porterboxes for mips* can be used to get architecture specific
information.
You've had access to a porterbox before but the account has likely
expired, that should simplify the process to re-active the account
though [0]

If upstream is unable to fix those issues, that's a good option. I think
the old pyresample binary packages were already removed from mips* so
the missing binaries should not prevent testing migration.
