Bug#770591: Flickr plugin fail with [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed

I just tested creepy in unstable, and the updated python-flickrapi is
now present there.  The plugin show up in the plugin manager, but when
trying to configure it, I get this error:

  ERROR:2015-11-18 09:03:01,093  In flickr.py:291: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:590)

I guess we need some extra SSL certificate information to get this working.
Anyone got a clue?
