Bug#770591: Flickr plugin fail with [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed

When I tested again on a different machine with more packages installed, I
did not get this error and got the Flickr login screen instead.  This make me
believe we just need to adjust the dependency list to get this working.
Not able to check which packages were installed on my original test machine at
the moment, but could it be that we need the ca-certificates package installed?
