To not need the changes for opencv first, I've added a patch to the saga
package which adds the --disable-jasper option to configure.

There is an issue with SAGA 2.2.5 and its use of libqhull as an
alternative for the non-free triangle sources that prevented the upload
of the changes in git already.

Hopefully we don't have to wait for the fix in 2.2.6 much longer, so we
can upload the fix for this issue too.
