Having looked at the package triggered by #888639, I'm increasingly
unhappy having this package in team without prior discussion.

There is no watch file nor get-orig-source target to create the upstream
tarball. There is a +dfsg suffix to indicate sources were removed to fix
DFSG compatibility but this is not documented in the copyright file nor
README.source.

The upstream version is 2.4.3, but this release is not published yet,
only pre-releases. The pre-release status is not reflected in the
package version nor documented any where.

I will need to see active progress to get this package properly
maintained, which includes participating in this discussion and getting
the git repository in order, or I'll remove this package from the team.
