Helping with Debian GIS

Hi Guys,

I've met Angelos from OSGeo  / OSGeo Live at a foss4g conference and I
thought to see what can I do to help both Debian and OSGeo.

I haven't been very active with packaging in Debian over the last few
years, but I'm quite involved in Debian - hosting Debconf 2020 in Israel.

Also, I'm an active user for QGIS, so maybe starting with that (:
