Yes, because there hasn't been an import of repacked upstream sources 
yet.

I just repacked the current release with:

  uscan --verbose --force-download
  gbp import-orig ../glymur_0.8.18+ds.orig.tar.xz
  dch -v 0.8.18+ds-1
