[Git][debian-gis-team/glymur][master] 2 commits: Bump debhelper from old 11 to 12.

Dear Sebastiaan,
I'm trying to build the glymur package and I'm having the following
lintian errors:

E: glymur source: source-includes-file-in-files-excluded Glymur.egg-info/*

I noticed that the copyright file has been updated to exclude the
egg-info directory but actually files are still there.

I'm not sure it we should just delay the change to the next upstream
release or maybe it is just a matter of a missing push of the
pristine-tar branch.

Can you please make a check?
