Using the OSM-carto style is not an option in my opinion (as long as it is not packaged in Debian), because it comes with too many additional data (shapefiles of countries of the world, long list of images used as icons on the map, etc.). I want this to be really slim. I'm going to look around for another style, or write a small one myself. Then this should be ready to go. I'm very excited to see it running locally already :)

Use dbconfig-common to create the database instead of shell commands
which are not guaranteed to be installed via the dependencies.

Users are likely to object to having the database locally, which
dbconfig-common they can instruct debconf to use a remote server.

It's also still using /var/lib instead of /var/cache for the tiles.

Kind Regards,

Bas
