stream-zip upstream git repo is gone

Sorry, Sebastiaan,
I have just realized that stream-zip was initially packaged because it 
was needed by eodag.
The current version of eodag no longer need stream-zip, and, apparently, 
it is not used by any other package.

Probably an option could be just remove stream-zip from the archive.
