stream-zip upstream git repo is gone

Yes, no need to keep an unused package around, especially one that's dead upstream.

Please file the RM bug report per:

  https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/pkgs.html#removing-packages

It seem that it was never added to the Blends tasks, so no need to update those.
