pristine-tar failed to checkout the upstream tarball, downloaded it with uscan and committed it again.

The package FBTFS because docs/make.bat gets regenerated with differing content:

  dpkg-source: info: local changes detected, the modified files are:
   dask-image/docs/make.bat
  dpkg-source: error: aborting due to unexpected upstream changes, see /tmp/dask-image_2025.11.0-1.diff.Wf4guF

Since that's only useful on Windows it should probably just be excluded from the +ds repacked upstream tarball.
