Bug#389094: please fix dependencies, grubconf will be removed

Hi,

Because grubconf is planned to be removed from the archive (see
#389090), the debian/control of the grub package will have to be fixed
and not recommand grubconf anymore.

A tiny patch against debian/control is attached.
