All the man pages NAME sections are written wrong.
$ apropos grub
grub-editenv (1)     - manual page for grub-editenv (GRUB) 1.96
grub-emu (8)         - manual page for grub-emu (GRUB) 1.96
... compare apropos of other commands.
$ apropos ^w$
w (1)                - Show who is logged on and what they are doing.

P.S., what is transform="s,x,x," all about in grub-install etc. source
code? Looks like a big no-op.

P.S., one must do LC_ALL=C grub-install on its very first run, else
get whopping unicode.pff file installed. Perhaps note this on the
grub-install man page.
