The error is shown by grub-probe which belongs to the grub-common binary
package which is from the grub2 source.
fd0 is just your first floppy drive, you shouldn't need it for grub :)
For grub-legacy we prefer to now show the errors at all, but as far as I
could see this hasn't yet been approved by the Release Managers.
