Bug#482611: grub: Outdated ramdisk info in README.Debian

README.Debian claims the following:
"Be warned if your initrd image is larger than 4MB it is bigger than the
default ramdisk size and you will need to use a kernel command line
option like the following:
ramdisk_size=16384"
IINM, this is no longer correct. AFAICT it was added in bug 142959, in 2002.

RAMDISK driver initialized: 16 RAM disks of 8192K size 1024 blocksize
Unless something funky has happened to my system that I've somehow completely managed to miss, the default ramdisk size is now
twice what README.Debian states. It's still good advice though, but it might also be worth noting that the option should be added
to kopt, to avoid it getting overwritten on kernel upgrades.
