Witold, I can confirm that the version currently in squeeze 1.96+20090808-1 
- I think you meant 1.96 and not 1.92 - works. I changed my pinning to 
this version and upgraded to it.

Felix, I see there is a new grub-pc in unstable 1.97~beta1-1. Should I try 
it?
