Bug#546021: error: no such disk, root device wrong

Hi,

/etc/grub.d/00_header misdetects the root file system and sets the
root variable to the wrong value. This results in a "error: no such
disk" being printed while chainlading.

Strangely, after that, the grub menu shows up fine and the system can
be booted.
