Oh sorry I should have explained that.

That's from grub2's debian/rules:
debian/legacy/update-grub:
        @echo "Missing $@.  Try: \"svn cat svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-grub/grub/trunk/debian/update-grub > $@\""
        exit 1

Robert and me just grab the update-grub from grub-legacy's SVN
repository when we do an upload.
Hm actually this means the bug should be cloned.
