We recommend it now again but it's versioned becaues of bugs in
os-prober.
So in squeeze you won't get it automatically yet.
A dependency would be wrong, os-prober isn't needed for everyone.
Not everyone who uses Debian has some other OS installed
The new os-prober is now unblocked, so in 10 days it should be in
squeeze.
