This file is broken; it does not pass through msgcat without errors:

  $ msgcat debian/po/nb.po >/dev/null
  debian/po/nb.po:151:47: invalid multibyte sequence
  msgcat: found 1 fatal error

It looks as if the error is here:

> "med det, eller hvis dette er et spesielt miljÃ hvor du ikke har bruk for en "

Could you please correct this and send us a fresh version?
