Bug#567393: grub-pc: Blank console during boot

Sven Arvidsson sa at whiz.se

Package: grub-pc
Version: 1.98~20100126-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

After upgrading to 1.98~20100126-1 the linux console is completely
blank until X starts. Switching between X and the console just gives
me a static image of whatever X was displaying last.

The previous version, 1.98~20100115-1 works fine.
