Please note for the future that these three fields need to be on
separate lines in bug reports.

Could you please run 'dpkg-reconfigure grub-pc' (you can just press
Enter at each question) and take a screenshot of the offending dialog
for me, so that I get a feel for just how it looks on your system?  On
my system, it fits comfortably within 80 characters, although your disk
identifiers do seem a bit longer.
