This is how it reads in 2.00.  Is this correct?

Regardless, in general I'd suggest sending patches for program
translations to upstream translation teams; package maintainers can
certainly apply patches that upstream translation teams have already
reviewed and applied, but we aren't normally qualified to review them
ourselves.
