Hi,

we're currently bootstrapping loong64 as a release architecture meaning that
loong64-specific packages have to go through NEW. As grub2 builds the binary
packages grub-efi-loong64*, the buildd upload is now stuck in NEW [1].

In order to pass the NEW queue, a sourceful upload of grub2 is required.

Since there is also now a 2.14-rc1 version available upstream, it might be the
time to do that now.
