Bug#929427: please adopt patch

Hi,

There are more and more arm based laptops coming to market. I bought 
mine a year ago, a Lenovo Thinkbook 16 with an x1p42100 chip. I'm 
growing a bit tired managing grub config by hand, can we just adopt the 
dtb patch?

Upstream seems a bit clueless wrt devicetrees...
