I think the work with the packages is small. If we choose to change to
libghc6-*-doc, we'll need to change only 30 in my count[0]. This can be
easily done.
About the ftp-master, maybe the argument of the new haskell policy we're
trying to create can convince them.

As there 104 packages in libghc6-*-doc format in my count[1], I think we
should stick with it.
