[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Why is runhaskell and runghc missing from architecture ARMHF distribution of GHC?

I installed ghc on my Raspberry Pi (apologies if you don't maintain the
Raspberry Pi packages) and when I try to run something that uses Haskell I
get that runhaskell is not found.

I checked the file list for armhf and sure enough the commands runhaskell
and runghc are not listed.  They are listed for amd64.  See below from the
Debian package web site.
