[Pkg-haskell-maintainers] Why is runhaskell and runghc missing from architecture ARMHF distribution of GHC?

ghci (which provides runhaskell and runghc) can't be build on armhf, due
to a bug in GHC[1].

This bug was fixed in a newer of GHC that is not yet shipped in debian.
I'm afraid if you need ghci on armhf and can't wait until it is in
debian (which could take a while), you need to compile the newer
version yourself.
