Thanks for your report!
We recently transitioned to GHC 7.10 in unstable and ghc-mod wasn't
updated for that. There will soon be an upload that can be built with
GHC 7.10, which should fix this problem.

I bumped the severity, as this indeed makes the package unusable for
almost everyone.
