   * What led up to the situation?
I tried to upgrade haskell-platform to current state in experimental using
aptitude.
The installation process exited with:

Lese Changelogs... Fertig
Extrahiere Vorlagen aus Paketen: 100%
(Lese Datenbank ... 502051 Dateien und Verzeichnisse sind derzeit installiert.)
Vorbereitung zum Entpacken von .../ghc-doc_7.10.2-2_all.deb ...
Entpacken von ghc-doc (7.10.2-2) über (7.6.3-21) ...
dpkg: Fehler beim Bearbeiten des Archivs /var/cache/apt/archives/ghc-
doc_7.10.2-2_all.deb (--unpack):
 Versuch, »/usr/lib/ghc-doc/hoogle/transformers.txt« zu überschreiben,
welches auch in Paket libghc-transformers-doc 0.3.0.0-5 ist
Trigger für dochelp (0.1.2+b1) werden verarbeitet ...

For example the Package ghc 7.10.2.2 conflicts with "libghc-array-dev" or
"libghc-base-dev" which is provided by ghc 7.10.2-2.
So it looks for me that this version of ghc conflicts with itself.

ghc-doc depends on haddock-interface-27, that depends on ghc, which is broken.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   * What was the outcome of this action?
Can't upgrade ghc-doc and its dependancies to 7.10.2-2.
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Clean upgrade process.
