The problem is that the transformers package got merged into the
compiler, so what used to be in libghc-transformers-doc is now in ghc
-doc. This needs a Conflict and Breaks from ghc-doc to libghc
-transformers-doc (and possibly others), or possibly ghc-doc can move
these files somewhere else, and haddock can be told where to look.

This needs to be fixed before this version of ghc can enter testing.

This is actually ok, a package will never actually conflict with
itself, just with anything else providing libghc-base-dev.
